Thanks for the reply, which is helpful - if even you don’t know then I don’t 
feel so bad about not knowing!

I think I’ll stick with LR for the time being as I don’t really have the 
headspace for learning something new*, but rethink how I’m using it.

I’ve ordered a new iMac with 2TB storage to replace my Mac mini, which should 
help, but I think the key thing for me is to understand how iCloud and the 
local drive sync, and then how LR Classic sync works with Adobe cloud storage 
and LR Mobile.
