It’s a pity you won’t be here in the spring and summer when Lee Miller’s farm and garden in Sussex are open to the public. I went with a friend on a guided tour of the house earlier this year, and to the exhibition that was on there at the time, coinciding with the release of the biopic. Very worthwhile. We even saw Antony Penrose, her son, pushing a wheelbarrow through the farmyard and he gave us a very friendly greeting! The whole area round the house is wonderful cycling and walking country. https://www.farleyshouseandgallery.co.uk/ https://inews.co.uk/culture/arts/knew-mother-useless-drunk-then-found-photos-attic-3944702 -- %(real_name)s Pentax-Discuss Mail List To unsubscribe send an email to [email protected] to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow the directions.
