One soon becomes acquainted with any UI. Changing brands would simply
put you on a new learning curve. Using more than 1 brand may be a bit of
a challenge.

That, and every other system I've used has a UI that is even worse than Pentax.
Though I've got to admit as much as I like some of the features on the K-3 III,
Ricoh's engineers made some gobsmakinglingly bad changes to the UI.
