--- Begin Message ---Dear John, Great to note that you are still alive! Is this the technique you used to draw the leaves on your design for the Didsbury Sundial in Manchester, U.K.? I assume you used DC for that? I thought your leaves looked absolutely stunning. Maybe you can share a pic of your original design? I am sure Steve could adapt that approach. If you got the September BSS Bulletin you will see my latest Cambridge, U.K. Sundial on the back cover. There are lots of leaves on that, all hand-cut in slate but *not* by me. I just do the mathematics and the setting out. The lettering is almost miraculous. It is horribly difficult to make a near-direct-east-facing dial look this interesting!! Very best wishes Frank On Sun, 16 Nov 2025 at 23:32, jlcarmichael--- via sundial < [email protected]> wrote: > > ---------- Forwarded message ---------- > From: <[email protected]> > To: "'Steve Lelievre'" <[email protected]>, "'Sundial > List'" <[email protected]> > > Date: Sun, 16 Nov 2025 16:31:11 -0700 > Subject: RE: Suggestions for tendril patterns > > Hello Steve: > > > You can draw this in Delta Cad.
